Whenever someone's accused Valleywag of Google obsession, there's been one safe excuse — Fucked Google was always even more gleeful about Google's mistakes than any mere gossip site could hope to be.
But now, as a tipster pointed out, the site's gone 404. What happened? Some grand conspiracy?
Oh, who knows, maybe Google just bought them out fair and square.

The site's been on a break for a while but no 404 so far... previously it said something like "I'll be back I'm working something out" (totally paraphrasing from memory). I've emailed the guy earlier this month without response so far.
hmmmm, might be time for me to go live with www.gshit.com (it's set to forward to my other site right now...)
I'm sure Google C&D'ed the guy for flying the company flag by using the full name in his domain - it's a wonder he lasted so long. Didn't a lot of management read the blog?
